Meet Tricia

Real estate has the potential to make a dramatic impact on your life’s story. Tricia purchased her first property in 2011 unaware of the positive impacts it would bring to her and her family. Tricia continues to believe in the power of real estate and how it can make a difference in the lives of her friends, family and community, and this is why she is part of the Home Meets Happiness team.

Tricia Valenzuela is an Arizona native; born and raised in Phoenix and an enrolled member of the Gila River Indian Community. Prior to entering real estate, Tricia had a successful career in the education field. Teaching, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, and while educating homebuyers and sellers.
When it comes to Arizona’s real estate, Tricia admires the city’s landscape and the unique culture of each neighborhood; the people, their food, and their homes.
